Summary: The article reveals the content of the monument of Old Believer writing of the first half of the 18th century, identified in the collection of the manuscript and early printed books of the National Museum Complex in Veliky Novgorod. The miscellany contains troparia and kontakion to selected saints, most of which are associated with the Novgorod land. Conclusions are made about the connection of this monument with the hagiological research of the Old Believers of the 18th century, as well as with similar works of writing (“The book of Description of Russian Saints”) and icon painting (“The Image of the Novgorod Miracle Workers”), which were popular among the Old Believers. At the same time, with the help of a comparative analysis, the specific features of the monument are revealed that distinguish it from the “Book of the Description…”. Assumptions are made about the possible compiler of the miscellany, his confessional affiliation, as well as the place where the monument was created. The introduction of this miscellany into scientific circulation makes it possible to supplement information about the systematic work of the Old Believers in collecting hagiological and hymnographic materials dedicated to Russian saints, first of all, of the pre-Nicon period.
